Another Journal

This is just another Journal that I finished.  It's like the one I did with the clutch but without a clutch to match.  It's made out of plain duck cloth that was painted, stenciled, doodled and sewn.  The signatures were added with waxed linen thread.  Can you tell I'm kind of addicted to journals?

Ripped and Stitched

Another class by Roben-Marie Smith.  This is a journal that we ripped material and stitched it together to make the cover.  The inside pages are painted and I left blank so I could add things later as I journal.

Things I Love

This is a mini journal idea that I saw on The Spotted Canary TV show.  It's really easy and fast to do.

Dylusions Journal

This is a journal that I saw that was made by Bona.  I couldn't wait to get my hands on trying this one.  I love all the products that are used from Dylusions.  The spays and stamps are the best.  The spray colors are so vivid.  I like how you can make some crazy hair and bodies.

Button Farm Kit

This is a Button Farm Kit that I have had for sometime.  I had to quit the Kit Club twice because I get so far behind on making them.  I like doing these kits when I get stuck in a rut because you don't have to think when doing them since all the instructions all included.  These are just a few of the pages.  Hopefully I will get the rest of my kits done soon.

Clutch Bag & Journal

Wheee its been awhile for a post.  We've had a few changes in our life and had to take a few months off of work and now I'm ready to roll again.  When things happen you just have to get up and shake it off and move on.  Well it's time to move on.  Back to work which I really missed.  I have been doing some projects which I have to spend time doing or I get craft antsy.  I just haven't been posting them so I have several to add.  Thanks for the people that have encouraged me to get my stuff posted.  It makes me feel good and gets me back in the groove.

This Clutch Bag and Journal I made doing a class from Roben-Marie Smith.
I have taken several of her classes and they never disappoint.  I thought this would be hard since I had to sew which was OK but needed to do a zipper.  But the technique that she uses made it very easy.  We started with plain duck cloth and painted, stamped, stenciled and used the Geliarts gel plate.  If you haven't tried the gel plate it's a must.  If you like this style of hers I recommend her classes.
