WOW....Long time no posts

Since I started a new job and have to be at work at 5:00am not much time for crafting but have done a few things just not finished. A lot earlier to bed these days....Wanted to share my Ontario Expo haul from this weekend. Looks like I had a great time. Of course I had a friend enabling me the whole time. You know who you are:-) Couldn't go to California without taking a few little gifties. I have gotten into Zentangle and mixed media journal's lately and I really like doing them. So I made a little Zentangle necklace with extra pages so my Bestie can Zentangle on her necklace too. This idea came from a girl on ustream named Bren47. I saw these tiny and so cute paper-mache journals and knew I had to use napkins and decoupage them. We can always use little journals for our purses. I had a great day shopping and visiting with my friend even though she had to work and we made the most of her lunch and breaks....

Vintage "Photo Time" Mini

I saw this technique done on ustream and knew I needed to give it a try. This is using the TH clock die and embossed with Bronze enamel and highlighted with Patina. The album is 4½ inch circles. It has a total of 6 pages which includes front and back covers. I have two extra sets that I have decided to sell. The set includes 6 embossed chipboard clock die cuts, 6 chipboard centers to attach patterned paper to, one set of clock hands (one small, one large), 12 patterned paper circles to attach to the center of each page. The page embellishments are not included in the kit. The patterned paper is from the TH Lost and Found Collection.

If anyone is interested in a set just use the paypal button to pay. The total including shipping in the USA is $17.00 for each set.

This is a picture of the kit.

Graduation Album

Finally finished this album. Seems like some albums are just harder to work on then others. When I have a lot of pictures to do it makes it harder for me as I try to make it flatter with the embellies then normal so it's not so bulky. I like to put the junk on the pages so it was hard to keep it flat.

Aged Album

When I saw Drew from Card of My Eye do this technique on his you tube channel I knew I had to try it. The box is stained on the ends to look old. I used scorepal tape to emboss the lines on the front of the box and embossed the side with stamps. I didn't take pictures of all the album pages since I haven't done embellies on them yet. All the pages are made the same just with different papers. When I find some old black and white photos I'm going to use them for the album.
